Pharmacy Terms

Last updated: 17 December 2025

These Pharmacy Terms apply to any prescription services or medication supplied through Syrona Health (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms along with our main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Our Pharmacy Partner

All prescription medicines ordered through Syrona Health are prescribed and dispensed by our registered pharmacy partner:

Phlo Technologies Ltd
Registered office: C/O Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Exchange Tower, 19 Canning Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EH
Company number: SC496769

The dispensing pharmacy is:

Phlo Digital Pharmacy, Unit 1, Fifth Street, Manchester, M17 1JX
GPhC Registration: 9011171
Superintendent Pharmacist: Dennis Ouko (Reg. No. 2205052)
Contact: pharmacy@wearephlo.com | 020 8191 9444

Syrona Health is not a pharmacy; the contract for medication supply is between you and Phlo.

2. Using the Service

To request treatment through the Service, you must:

  • Be 18 or over
  • Create an account and complete a consultation questionnaire accurately
  • Keep your details up to date, including changes to your health, address, or medication

You consent to your information being shared with Phlo so that safe and effective treatment can be provided.

3. Clinical Assessment

A qualified healthcare professional will assess your consultation and determine whether the requested treatment is safe and appropriate.

  • If treatment isn't suitable, your order will be declined and any payment refunded.
  • No treatment or supply is guaranteed until a clinical decision has been made, and Phlo has confirmed it can be provided.

4. Orders & Supply

  • Phlo may limit or refuse treatment or supply based on clinical judgement, regulatory requirements, or safety considerations.
  • Any treatment or medication provided is for your personal use only and must not be shared.
  • You must provide any additional information requested to ensure safe healthcare provision.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because prescription medicines are regulated:

  • Once clinical assessment begins, standard consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
  • If the prescription is declined, you will be refunded.
  • Once medication has been processed, it generally cannot be cancelled or returned.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information
  • Maintain a single account and act on your own behalf
  • Follow all guidance provided with your treatment
  • Store medication safely and report any concerns or side effects to Phlo promptly

7. Patient Records

Phlo will create and securely maintain an electronic patient record containing your consultation and treatment history, retained as required by law.

8. Not for Emergencies

This Service does not provide urgent or emergency care. If you need immediate medical help, call 999 or visit A&E.
